1. BOMH - ATAPS Tier 2 Perinatal Depression Initiative

Women with a health care card or on low income are eligible for referral during pregnancy or within 12 months postnatally for 6 sessions (with a further 6 sessions if necessary).

There is no cost to the client under this program.

GP referral is essential via a completed MHTP and Online Referral Form

(BOMH - ATAPS Tier 1 is also available on consultation)

2. Non-Directive Pregnancy Support Counselling [NDPC] MBS item 81010

Women are eligible for referral during pregnancy or within 12 months postnatally

Up to 3 non-directive pregnancy support counselling services per woman, per pregnancy.

GP referral is essential, via a signed and dated letter.

3. Chronic Disease Management [CDM] (Enhanced Primary Care [EPC]) MBS item 10956

Clients are eligible for referral if they have chronic medical condition and complex care needs, including anxiety disorder.

A maximum of 5 allied health services per person in a calendar year.

GP referral is essential using the Referral form for Individual Allied Health Services under Medicare
